Antioxidant Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberry Banana Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (if using fresh, add 3 ice cubes)

  • 2 medium bananas

  • 2 tablespoons yogurt

  • 3 strawberries

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 cup milk

Method:
Blend everything for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
Alternatively, transfer to a bowl and top with your favorite toppings for a nutritious smoothie bowl. Our favourite toppings include banana, strawberries, raspberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and kiwi.

Additional Tips:
